All the children went down the spiral staircase, saying good-bye to the stone king.

The stair ended in a long corridor, narrow and full of fungus and lichens, which turned the wall into a weird map of many colours. The ceiling had fallen down years ago, and now there were only a few dark trunks like rotten bones. The floor was full of roots and old trunks which had fallen down from the ceiling. The sun shone from one unknown point in the sky.

You arrived in an old village, tight streets and houses of the colour of the sand. Inside the houses you could see people, looking throught the windows, staring at the street, looking to nowhere: they had no eyes, only darkness beneath their eyebrows. They didn’t speak, didn’t move. They seemed as they were stopped by a very powerful magician. The whole town was surrounded by a tall brick wall, the colour of the houses.

Roots and dust covered everything.

And silence, a heavy silence flooded all: the people, the streets, the squares, the dry fountains.

You arrived at a door, a matte metal door. It was joined at a heavy chain, and it, in turn, was joined to a scale-pan of an old and rusted weighing scales, big and silver.

There was a big tree near, with no leaves, with only a lot of silver apples.

All the children went down the spiral staircase, saying good-bye to the stone king.

The stair ended in a long corridor, narrow and full of fungus and lichens, which turned the wall into a weird map of many colours. The ceiling had fallen down years ago, and now there are were (estás hablando en pasado todo el tiempo hasta ahora ¿no? incluso para referirte al presente, ergo, no lo cambies) only a few dark trunks like rotten bones. The floor was full of roots and old trunks which had follen (es fallen, lo has puesto visto dos líneas más arriba) down from the ceiling. The sun shone from one unknown point in the sun (probablemente querías decir sky).

You arrived in an old village, tight streets and houses of the colour of the sand. Inside the houses you could see people, looking throught the windows, stared (staring, mirar es una acción contínua, no puntual) at the street, looking to nowhere (junto): they had no eyes, only darkness beneath them (their - es un posesivo, no un sustantivo) eyebrows. They didn’t speak, didn’t move. They seemed as they were stopped by a very powerful magician. All the town The whole town were (was, la ciudad es un singular) sorrounded surrounded by a tall brick wall, all of (creo que puede omitirse) the colour of the houses.

Roots and dust covered everywhere (everything). "Lo cubrían todo" en vez de "cubrían todas partes"

And silence, a heavy silence flooded all: the persons people, the streets, the squares, the dry fountains.

You arrived at a door, a matte metal door. It was joined at a heavy chain, and it, in turn, was joined to a scale-pan of an old and rusted weighing scales, big and silver. (no sé que quieres decir, joined suena "raro")

Near there was a big tree near, with no leaves, with only a lot of silver apples.

Apples....mussed Esteban outlaud Does anyone have hunger too? asked everyone into the place in loud voice and why the heck are the villager so scared?..they are creeping me out with those gazes...

Estaban walked to the chain of the gate, trying to ignore the scared villagers, this was getting weird for the moment and moved ;after pulling a little the chain cheking the integrity of the chain; to the tree just curious about those silver apples..he has never seen anything like that even in this odd realm.

-What do you think happened to them? and why the wall? Apparently there is nothing to steal in this town, except for those apples...

Tommy walked behind Esteban towards the tree. He was a little bit scared because of the people in the town, and he wondered what wre they doing there...

Bruce walked along with his new friends, as he was eating a cookie from the ones that Aggy gave us in the purse. You could tell he was hungry from all the walking and what-not. All the frozen-like people made him frighten a bit, but also made him curious about all this.

After reaching the big door, Bruce saw the weighing scale - I think we should go this way, but... How do we open the door?

Then he started looking everywher, in order to find something that could help them overcome this riddle. He looked t the tree with the silver apples, and the first thing that came to his mind was:

What if we put some of those silver apples on this silver weighing scale? Perhaps they made it the same colour so we can relate them together.

We had just arrived at that place and I was already creeped out. What had happened to that people?

-Yes, maybe we should get some of them and see what we can do...- I agreed to the apples plan-But those guys looking at us... They don't seem very friendly... Do you think the shadows might have done something to them? And will they mind if we take the apples?- I said, while approaching the tree.

Oh, well...I suppose we could try to take some of those apple to the balance...shrugged Esteban going to the misterious tree and looking at the apples on the branch....errrr...have someone a scale?...I can reach the apples whispered Esteban a little embarrassed for being short...

- A stair? Are you kidding? - said Nick - just look - and the kid who had climbed walls hundreds of times just to recover his football, started to climb the roots and branches towards the apples.

Nick reached the top of the tree, climbing like a cat, while Abigail was looking for the Princess' cat.

He touched the apples: they were cold as metal and they were heavy as lead.

- How many do you want? - yelled Nick, before anyone replied, he started to pull the branches and the apples nearest to him - I'm going to throw them! - at the first moment he decide to throw them to the other children but the apples were too heavy, perhaps made from metal, silver or tin, and he may fell down if he used too much force, so he decided to let the apples fall down.

Notas de juego

Nick is probably going to throw down apples until he is said to stop, or when he feels tired, that might be after a dozen or so. Who knows?

Throw a dozen for startes shouted Esteban quite impressed with the agility of the boy and how dense the apples were look like they were made of lead or silver..who knows?, picking the apples, he started to put one on one of the balance checking every time he puts one how the balance reacts to the manipulation.

The balance began to move, and the door went up slowly, throwing pieces of rust to the floor: behind it there was a bright light, shine as sun.

The metal door went up only a few, but all of you could go thought if you walked bend.

Notas de juego

You'd two options: the apples or you could had gone up the balance as a weight.

Ey its a welcome change after all this dark and terrific places you know smiled Esteban with fun

Ey, Nick get over here we did it thanks to you, come to the door, this time is a shinny one shouted Esteban to the boy over the tree as he possible could not see the door among the branches.

So..Esteban crouched and touched the door not so sure about the safety of all the system but he will pass as quickly as he can to get to the other side...not that he thougt it..

See you on the other side laughed and crossed the door into the blisstering light.

Remember to stick together, guys! - shouted Bruce,  while walking towards the door, and trying to walk through it. Then I looked at Henry and Nicholas, to see if they were ready to keep going.

-Well, this one was easier...- I said, while passing trough the door. Bruce looked at me and I walked a bit faster in order to not make them wait more.
