I thought about commenting a few things and we could look over them together.

Water down them to stop the cooking.

I think that it should be "water them down". Right now, I can find a grammar rule about it, but it doesn't sound right. Like "put it down" or "put down it", "take me home" or "take home me", it sounds better with the pronoun right after the verb.

more or less, that it is your taste XD

¿Up to your taste or according to your taste? Right now you are affirming "esa es tu prefeferencia" instead of suggesting "según lo que prefieras"

Add, keep stirring, the mustard and the salt

I don't think that you should "break" the clause with "keep stirring". It sounds disjointed and a bit nonsensical (añade, sigue removiendo, la mostaza y la sal). I think that you could use something like "while stirring, add the mustard and the salt" or "keep stirring and add the mustard and salt.

1/2 grs. of cuttlefish or any fish by mediterranean sea that quantity of meat.

I think that you mean "medio gramo de sepia u otro pez del Mediterraneo por cada gramo de carne". How about "1/2 gr. of cuttlefish or any other mediterranean fish  for every gr of  meat" ?

10 gr. pimentón dulce and 10 gr. pimentón.

Pimentón=paprika. Pimentón dulce=sweet paprika. Pimentón picante=spicy paprika

200 gr. pees.

I think that you mean "peas" (guisantes), because pee means urine (or maybe the letter p or a penny coin). Anyway, I think that peas would make a tastier dish.

2- Cooking while add water, around 20 cl for the moment.

Maybe "Add water while you cook"?

3- When the water boil...add the peppers that be cut with shape or straps or cube, you can choose.

If you mean "añade los pimientos, que se cortarán con forma de tira o cubos, puedes elegir" I think that you can say "add the pepper, that you can cut into strips or dices/cubes, you can choose" or just "sliced or diced". Slice means "cortar en tiras", dice means "cortar en cubos".

4- Put the two types of pimentón of the middle and to stir all ingredents.

4- Put the two types of paprika in the middle and to stir all ingredients.

if you see that the water won´t enough, you can add more c.l of water.

Won't is an auxiliar verb to signal future, you need a principal verb: "if you see that the water won´t be enough, you can add more cl of water."

7- Finally add the rice, later 5 minutes turn off the "fire".

Instead of later, use after. Later means "más tarde", after means "después de". You can say "5 minutes later" or "after 5 minutes" but not "later 5 minutes" in the same way that "más tarde 5 minutos" sounds wrong in Spanish and you say "5 minutos más tarde".

Faris, thank you very much for your feedback :DDD You are absolutely right ^^ I translated the text from my recipe book, and there were things which I didn`t think of them in that moment XDXDXD Like "water down them" Yes, the pronoun goes between verb and preposition XDXDXDXD My God, I do know this, and, then, I wrote wrong >.< XXDXDXD

So, thank you very much, Faris ^^ I appreciate it a lot ^^
