Jason Bronson was nervous... His father´s words made him react, and he also drew out his Lemat Two Barrel special edition. It was a fancy weapon, but the things were not fancy in the Shattered Frontier. It looked as if they were going to get real ugly real soon.

Different things were going on at the same time. Trinity and Jack were the first to act, but the bounty hunter was a fraction of a second quicker than his opponent. And he fired from the hip and hit Jack in the face!
However, and against all odds, the bullet did not kill the hired gun. It flew across his face. Jack stood still for a moment, with blood in his face. And kept on fighting, even though he was stumbling a bit.
On the other side, Crowe and Jason both drew out their guns to join the fight.
When Mayer had drawn out his gun, he also brought it to aim at Dekker!

Mayer will fire on Count 28, so you have a chance to fire before him if you fire deliberately (4 Counts). Please confirm and roll 1d20 and damage roll 1d4.

Trinity was merciful with Dekker, he decided to finish his pain as soon as he could. He walked a few steps to get a better fire position aiming deliberately at Dekker's head. The wind blew a little bit stronger making his coat flew, dancing smoothly with the dust, a well known wind, a cold one.

Maddox fired his gun at the infamous gunslinger Choctaw. He was surprised to see the outlaw was drawing with his left hand, and he looked injured.
The veteran lawman had the edge over Choctaw, but his aim was off and the shot went up to the sky.
-Damn!, Maddox cursed. He was now facing many enemies and had missed his first shot. Things were not looking good...His only chance was to fire quickly again.

Hell had broken loose! Three shots were fired at the same time.
Trinity, Maddox and Vincent Bronson fired simultaneously at their targets. Trinity´s shot missed to the left of Dekker, very close to his head. The two were only ten feet apart, and it looked as if neither of the two was going to back down until one of them was dead.
Vincent Bronson´s shot at the knee also missed by far, and Maddox had a slim chance of surviving before Choctaw´s onslaught. His quick shot hit the target! Choctaw looked dizzy and pale, but he stood his ground. His hand was trembling, but he brought his gun to aim despite the wounds he had suffered already.
Crowe´s shot was aimed at Mayer´s gun, but shot missed.
Jason Bronson shot at Trinity, and his Lemat gun found the target and the bullet hit the bountyhunter. However, there was little damage, only a scratch that made Trinity flinch due to the pain.

OK don´t worry, I will do all the modifiers. Your Speed is 6 but -1 with your gun (Greased Lightning talent), so in effect it is 5. And your Accuracy is 0. 22 HP. These are the attributes for combat. You have little gunfight experience compared to some and as you can see it is not easy to hit the target.
To fire again is 5 Counts. You can choose not to aim, or aim to Fire Deliberately (+4 Counts, +2 Accuracy) or Take Careful Aim (+10 Counts, +3 Accuracy). If you shoot within 1 second (10 Counts) from your previous shot, there is a -1 Accuracy modifier so sometimes when Firing Again and Aiming Deliberately (5+4 Counts) it is better to hold 1 extra Count to avoid that.
The pain made Trinity change his mind. In a mechanical movement, he turned his gun willing to pass a bullet through Jason's head.

Even though he would have preferred a cleaner, easier way out of the shootout, as soon as he saw the mercenary point Jason's head out of the corner of his eye, his own gun changed direction to aim to that damn son of a gun's head right back.
