Dyer had his hand on the gun and he could have avoided Trinity´s kick, but he was too intimidated to do anything other than watch as the bounty hunter kicked the gun far away55 and then he turned around to see Copeland better when he heard the rifle shot. BANG!
Jack had turned quickly around and was bringing his gun to aim at Copeland56, but he was too late. Copeland fired his rifle, aiming to the chest and pierced Jack´s heart. The bullet came through from the back. Trinity could see his friend and mentor dropping his gun and how he stood still, incredulous.

Trinity: kick gun (5), change facing (2). If you wish to bring gun to aim (4) at Copeland, you can decide then if you wish to take careful aim (10) or fire deliberately (4)
Jack: Change facing (2), bring gun to aim (4)
Copeland: Acc -1, fire deliberately (8, +4), resting on solid object +1 Acc but on a ladder -1, Distance 30 feet +2. Total +5. Fires on Count 54. Hit. 16HP (!!) Penetration damage, shot through the heart!
Penetration rule: any roll that you roll a maximum, you repeat and the result is added to the previous roll.
-Wh-wha..., he mumbled as he saw the blood coming out. He could not hear anything, only the beats of his heart drumming in his head. Everything was moving in slow motion around him. There was no pain, just silence... and then he saw the ground spinning, and then the sky. The bright blue Mexican sky...
Nitty... , he whispered, still breathing. -K-kill´em!
Trinity decided to aim carefully and kill that bastard Copelland.
Copeland smiled a crooked smile as he watched Jack fall down. Then he held his breath again, and positioned the rifle to shoot the other bounty hunter who was turning to face him. The ladder felt wobbly at first, but Copeland quickly adjusted his weight.
Trinity had turned around and brought his gun up to face the man who had killed his friend.

Copeland: fired on Count 54. Then 5 counts adjusting his position on the ladder. Starts taking careful aim (20), he would fire on 79.
Trinity: Brings gun to aim at 61, Takes Careful Aim 10, so fires on count 71. You can get an extra +2 if you steady the aim with the other hand (2 counts), Accuracy +0, Aim +3 Distance 30´ +0. Roll 1d20 +3 (or +5 if you use the other hand). You can move closer as you aim to get +1 if 25 feet distance, or +2 if 20 feet distance but then Copeland could fire at you before. Maybe fire and move closer? You can only see his head and part of the torso.
Earwin Dyer: still intimidated
Trinity used his to hand to aim Copelland's torso, and shooted his Colt .45.

I don't know where Trinity is, but if he is near the door he will try to jump across it after fire his gun.
Trinity´s shot went wide to the left of Copeland.
After the shot, Trinity ran quickly for cover inside the building81. As he entered, he could hear Copeland fire his rifle again79. At least he was safe for now. There was a window about 10 feet to his left. That was were Jack´s body was located outside.

Trinity: shot well wide on Count 73 (I rolled direction to see if it hit the ground in front which could make him flinch or make dust). Then you turn around (2), and run into the dwelling (6). You were standing close to the door, next to Earwin Dyer.
Copeland: he had decided to fire on Count 79. Acc -1, Careful Aim (+6), resting on solid object +1 Acc but on a ladder -1, Distance 30 feet +2. Total +7 but Trinity was already inside (except the arm). Fail.
-Ya OK, Earwin? I got the first one! The bastard is dead! Now help me with the negro, sombitch! Move!
But Earwin just stared blank at the outlaw. He was still in shock.
How many bullets has a winchester? Trinity has an mouth organ, Is it metallic? Has Trinity something opaque or a little mirror in the "rat" bag? The idea is use it to have an idea of where Copeland exactly is, to wipe him out.

Winchester & nr of shots: no easy answer, depends on the model. Normally 9, 12 or 15. There are different models of Winchester Carbines and Rifles (the difference is the barrel length). It seemed like Copeland hand a Carbine, which is the shorter version of the long rifle. So 9 or 12 is most likely.
The mouth organ is metallic. In the rat bag there is no other object to use as a mirror better than the mouth organ.
Jim Copeland was on a ladder coming out of the pit hole, but you can use the metallic surface to check his position (from the window or door position).
You have fired 2 shots, so you have 4 left. To reload is 10 counts (1 second) per cartridge. Remember that it takes 5 counts to cock and fire a pistol (for the next shot), and 10 to do that with a rifle, so there is a window to return fire after a missed rifle shot before the rifle can shoot again.
Tritity ran under the window. He took the mouth organ and tried to locate the position of Copeland.
If Trinity can see Copeland he throws his hat to the door and then fires through the window.
Trinity knelt down next to the window86 and took his mouth organ to use it as a mirror. Copeland was still standing on the ladder, and reloading his rifle to fire again. The bounty hunter threw his hat towards the entrance106. As soon as Copeland saw the hat, he fired his Winchester108. He missed, and started reloading to fire again. He did not realize Trinity was not at the door, but to his left, looking out the window.
Trinity stood up and brought his Colt to aim at Copeland. He had a good side view of the outlaw who was still pointing at the door.
Earwin was breathing heavily, looking around for the gun. He realized it was inside the dwelling, so he started crawling towards Jack´s body, which was close to the window.

Trinity: enters on Count 81, goes under the window (5), checks on Copeland (10), cock weapon (2) grab and throw hat (5+3). Then stand up (3) and bring weapon to aim (4). Please confirm Careful Aim(10)/Fire deliberately(4)/fire quickly(1) and roll 1d20 and damage.
Copeland: fired on Count 79, cock and fire (10), bring to aim (4), aiming (20) and waiting when he sees the hat and fires (1). (I rolled to see if mishap for instance)
Earwin: the other outlaw is still with his back against the wall. He looks around to see where the gun is, and sees it inside the cabin.
Trinity rose and shooted Copeland aiming carefully.
I don't know the modifier... I'm still learning :(
No problem, you could have rolled 1d20 and I'll do the modifiers. It's +5, if you hold the gun with both hands which I guess you do. The distance is 30 feet. You can aim for the torso or the head, please specify. In this case you see more or less the same of his head and body, and if you hit the head its double damage
Trinity took the gun with both hands and fired trying to blast Copeland's head.

Trinity got up and aimed carefully, and his shot hit Copeland on the side of the head!127
The bullet blasted through the outlaws head and a burst of blood and a big piece of the skull came out from the other side. He died instantly and fell back to the pit.

Damn!, Copeland had thought after firing at the hat. He started reloading, and wiped the sweat off his forehead with his elbow. He took his position again, pointing at the door. And breathed. His rifle felt cold to his chin...
Click
The sound came from the window to his left. Copeland didn´t move. He simply looked from his position, standing on a ladder, with most of his upper body visible. He saw the negro bounty hunter holding the Colt Navy with both hands, and the cross hair was pointing to his head.
BANG!
The last thing Copeland saw was the gun blast. He was dead already when he hit the bottom of the pit, and did not feel anything when his neck was broken.
Trinity saw Copeland fall down and heard a thump when his dead body fell down. From the corner of his eye he saw Earwin Dyer crawling closer on the outside of the wall.

Nice shot!
Earwin is crawling next to the wall, you do not have a clear of view of him unless you stick your head out. Just below the window there is Jack´s body, and there is a gun there which could be what Earwin is moving towards. He has only a few feet (10-15 counts) to go before he reaches the gun. Hope I explained this well, if not I can make a drawing.
Trinity looked at Dyer's and his gun spat fire three more times - Die you bastard!!
Maybe Dyer kill me, but I want Trinity to fire all the gun bullets, no mather Dyer is killed by the first bullet or not.
