Skills: there are a few that are missing:
rope use 2BP => not that important, you are not a cowboy really
Riding 4 BP => maybe it would be good to know how to ride a horse, just in case
Observation 7BP => OK you can get by without this one
Language (Indian) 6BP => maybe you do not speak Choctaw language?
Culture (Choctaw) 2 BP => or do not know about the culture
Maybe remove Survival (9BP) and take Riding (4)+Culture (2) and with 3 remaining BP purchase maybe Swimming (1BP) and something that costs 2 BP (Rope Mastery or Sleight of Hand for instance).
Also I thought about putting your Native Culture as Choctaw, but your Native Language English. So you would understand the culture, but not speak the language as you were raised with the idea that you had to return to the "white people".
Please confirm skills (the BP cost is spot on by the way), and then we can move to weapon(s) and gear.
Almost done :)
The photograph is OK, upload it please. The other one from the period could almost be of the same person, but taken at a different time or something. You can also save it and upload it to Notes, it might be useful at some point.
Please confirm the gun and we can finish the character sheet.
Yes, yes, that´s fine.
Ok, I want this:
Language (Indian) 6BP
Culture (Choctaw) 2 BP
take riding 4
total 12
remove survival 9bp and intimidation 5 bp = 14
I have 2bp take swiming and tailor
Final list
Skills done then. There was some background stuff missing still.
Social class amongst Choctaw: middle lower class, helping out with the farm.
Last item: gear (and weapon). Please have a look at the starting gear you would like to purchase. You have very little starting money ($15).
Regarding the weapon, this is something important for a gunslinger/hired gun, so I´ve been looking at options. First of all, I would think the shooting iron should be one that can be drawn quickly (speed modifier +0). Also you should purchase a good holster. Secondly, it should inflict damage and be fairly easy to reload. And third, it should look...
Options:
Colt SAA .45 caliber with 4 3/4" barrel => d6+1 damage, 0 speed modifier. The Peacemaker, very popular gun and fits the purpose. Maybe just "too common" for the coolness factor. Cost $18.25 so below $20 which is good.
Remington 1875 .44 caliber, 0 count speed modifier, d5+1 damage, very nice looking with nickel finish. It was a favorite of outlaws and has walnut grip (to carve a mark for each gunfight won for instance...). The cost is $22, so you would have to spend $2 of your starting money.
Colt Bisley .45 caliber, d6+1 damage, 0 count speed modifier => hard rubber grips and a slightly wider hammer which makes sense for the fan firing talent. It costs $24.75.
The other guns are worse in some way.
Motivo: social-money
Tirada: 2d100
Resultado: 72, 48
Motivo: social class 2
Tirada: 1d100
Resultado: 55
Weapon & gear done, and Character sheet finished and uploaded.
I bought you a nice rifle as well, it might prove useful.
Sinta is ready to go then. The picture is OK, maybe just a little too beautiful for the character concept, but it´s difficult to find photos of homely cowgirls hehe.
Damn it ! I always have no money, like in real life. But I like to have a good iron in my hand I choose the bisley. How much money do I have now?
The lucky charm will be a rabbit's foot.
Just one question: it isn't supposed to be habilities? (with %) in my character's sheet?
I can't see them.
Yep, you are right, the skills were missing... Fixed now.
Colt Bisley is a good choice. Higher caliber (.45), the barrel length normally affects the range but with this one it´s the same, so 5 1/2" barrel for quick draw. The cost is $24.75, but as you get a $20 gun for free, and it fits this character, I deduct $20. So you spend $4.75 to get this gun, and you have $10.25 left.
Remember to buy the ammo also.
Basic clothing (work trousers, shirt, plain shoes) you get for free. Boots, cowboy hat... you have to pay for.
It sort of fits the character so start poor hehehe
the character so start poor
The story of my life
Ok, I buy Hat, cavalry............. $1,37, but where I can buy the ammo? and Do I have a horse?
Ammo is listed under firearms: Ammunition. The one for your gun:
Ref 665: Cartridge .45 caliber pistol (100 rounds) $2,85
Horses: nope, you do not own a horse for now, but often you have had one (either stolen/borrowed or whoever hires you lets you use a horse).
Hi, how are you doing? I´ve just posted in the Goods&Services scene regarding your shotgun, you can have it but you start with a debt to the local cattle baron Mr. Bronson, which you can pay off by helping him out occasionally.
Also:
Please have a look at Talents, Quirks and Flaws (see Tutorial), and let me know if you find something interesting.
Ammo is listed under firearms:
that's in Goods & Services? The last item I can see is "427 Whiskey, bottle of good $4,00" I only see one post
Yep, the other two posts in Goods&Services scene did not include you, sorry, my mistake.
Fixed
You have a nice info sheet of the Colt Bisley uploaded in "Notes" now.
Also if you have some spare money (hehehe), maybe try to purchase extra ammo. If you fire your gun 100 times (practice), it becomes your "signature weapon" and this gives you some bonuses for gunfights.
Hi, I´m preparing some of the NPCs and this picture caught my eye:
She looks more like a girl that works with men, she is not ugly as such but not pretty like the other picture. I don´t know, tougher maybe. And not looking like she is waiting for someone to go and hit on her hehe.
What do you think? It´s just an idea, you can use the picture or keep the other one.
Hat, cavalry............. $1,37
Gun belt (without holster) $2,00
684 Gun grease (4 oz. tin) $0,25
685 Gun oil (1 oz. tube) $0,11
687 Holster, quick draw (without belt) $2,50
665: Cartridge .45 caliber pistol (100 rounds) $2,85
Total 9.08$
I have 1.17$ left

Hi!!! First... I'm so sorry I haven't write you before, but I was very busy... Next week I present my final university project and I didn't have time.
I promise you I will catch up as soon as possible during this weekend.
I'm interested in:
- Quirks:
(50BP) Doppelganger: It could be funny. I have thought something like... When Hurd is in a battle, he change his personality. Usually he is a good and peacefull person, but when he have his shotgun in his right hand, he turns a little bit crazy. What do you think?
(60BP) Spendthrift: You know... But one way or another, Hurd wants a shotgun. hahaha
(10BP)Messy: Maybe this is a quirk that can be used as an excuse to ask for free munition. - Oh! I've lost my bullets... Could you borrow one to me only for this time...?
(10BP) Conspiracy Theorist: He thinks that his family situation and his own life situation related with poverty isn't for their guilty. Other have made their life impossible. Others didn't allow him to grow up as he would want.
(15BP) Superstitious: He doesn't like number three. And he hates white cats. And white horses. White animals, definitively. His family always told him that this things had brought bad luck to their ancestors. "Farmer legends..."
(40BP) Fanatic: He love his terrains, his shotgun... And his little and sweet sister. And also he's in love with something that maybe involves him in problems. He likes men. But is his big secret and he tries to hide it as good as possible.
- Flaws:
(?BP) Animal antipathy: Only with white animals, of course.
(15BP) Hard of Hearing: Sometimes, Hurd doesn't control his tone of voice because is... ¡a little bit hard of hearing!
(20BP) Sleepwalker: Hurd Price usually falls into a deep sleep at night. He sometimes wakes up in the morning in the middle of his terrains and he doesn't understand why.

- Talents:
This is difficult for me... Can you help me? I'm interested in these talents but I don't understand when I could use everyone.
Courage......................10
Deadly Shot.................50
Dodge.........................25
Endurance...................15
Great Ambidexterity.......25
Rapid Reload...................20
Sprinter........................30
Tough as Nails...............25
Veteran Gunfighter..........20
PS: I understand what you tell me about the problems involved in using a shotgun. I will try to get a move on with other strategies. (Running, hiding... for example). hehehe (If there is nothing wrong with it).
OK character sheet done and uploaded!! Please have a look, and we should be getting into some action shortly.
I have 1.17$ left. I need someone to rob
Yeah, not much dinero to start off. Just enough for one poker chip :)
